Where is my IE9 Developer Tools?

Here's what you need to do to get it back.

Launch the Local Group Policy Editor by typing gpedit.msc from the start menu.
gpedit

Go Here:
User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Toolbars
TurnOffDevTools

On the right panel, double click "Turn off Developer Tools" and choose Disabled.
TurnOffDevTools_Disabled

Click OK, and restart IE.

vNetwork Standard Switches - vSwitches

What is a vSwitch?
vSwitches are software-based switches that resides in the VMkernel and provides traffic management for virtual machines.
As you can see in the screenshot below, you can manage all the settings via the vSphere Client or vCenter.

What does virtual switches actually really do?
It provides communication between all the virtual machines within an ESX/ESXi host and physical servers on the network.
That’s it?
Nope, there’s more.  It also provides the connectivity for VMKernel access to networks for VMotion, iSCI, NFS, or Fault Tolerance (FT).
